Our fees are based on hourly rates and will vary according to the tasks being performed.
Before we start on an assignment, once we have defined the work, we can give you an estimate of the number of hours it will take and how much it will cost, within a 10% factor.

For example, if the estimate we come up with is $ 10,000 for the work, then we stay within 10% of $ 10,000, i.e. a range of $ 9,000 - $ 11,000 final billing ---- we will not go over this amount ($ 11,000), without your approval, even if it takes more of our time to complete the work.

Relevant travel and other out-of-pocket expenses, that we incur in the performance of our duties for our Client, are charged to the Client at cost.
